Lost Orders |
It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call us at once. We can be reached at (718) 482-8812. |
Returns and Exchanges |
If you find a defect or problem in any of our items, it may be returned within 3 days of reciept for an exchange or replacement item.
Please contact us to recieve an RMA number and be sure to mark the returned item with a note displaying the RMA number and order number. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. We cannot accept freight collect items. |

Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders.
