Have ever considered a career in fashion?

All my life, I’ve been dreaming of the city-hoping/jet setting life of the fashionistas and I think it would be wonderful to have a career in fashion but right now I’m more focused on my brand management dreams. There are still a those things that I need to accomplish like getting my MBA but I am not closing my doors for any opportunities to come, I REPEAT, I AM NOT CLOSING ANY DOORS (LOL! haha!).

What do you do in life besides blogging?

I sleep, I pig out, I talk, I shop, I drink coffee, I walk, I take a look at life and enjoy every minute of it.

In reality I’m a Marketing Management fresh graduate and I’m currently working as a Promotions Specialist for L’Oreal in a distribution company

What is the Urban Dai all about?

The Urban Dai is of course all about me, my interest, my style, the songs that make me dance or cry, it’s all about the shoes I wear and would love to wear, the bags that make me gaga, the clothes that make my mouth water with excitement, the books I’ve read and would love to read, the movies and shows I watch, the places I would love to see, the things that I do and would like to do and of course it’s about my life’s unexpected shenanigans.

When did you start blogging?

I started Urban Dai a few months ago, I think it was May 2010, because I wanted a blog where I could share my passion for fashion (you know the “IT” stuff these days).

But I started blogging since 2007, I had my teenage drama blog where I post all my heartaches away. (Please don’t try to search it people, my posts are really classic)

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?

Actually, the word Urban Dai just came out unexpectedly, I just wanted a blog name that sounds funny and spells me on it.

Urban Dai came from 2 words “urban”  (eng) which means city and “dai” (visayan) which means girl. Urban Dai = Urban Girl

Now most people think I used “dai” because I am Visayan, no I’, not, I’m a proud girl from Nueva Ecija who’s been living in the city for almost 6 years.
